- Attend to client sites on a daily basis for a variety reasons such as:
- Installation, repairs and maintenance to alarm, CCTV and access control systems
- Regular trouble shooting and maintenance checks
- Serving residential, commercial, government and corporate sector clients
- Respond to prompt service calls to security systems being able to diagnose and troubleshoot issues
- Educate customers on the use of their systems
- Preventative maintenance to systems
- Attend to service call outs as they arise
- Provide superior customer service
- $100-$120k pa + super + Company work vehicle
- Attend to site directly from home (avoid the commute to the office)
- 6 weekly PAID on call roster
