Job summary
We are looking for an Administration & Claims Officer to join our Housing ACT Operations Team in this Full-time position located in Canberra.This role involves liaising with internal teams subcontractors and clients to facilitate smooth claims management while maintaining accurate financial records and supporting payment processes.
The successful candidate will have strong administration experience a can do attitude natural ability for people engagement and passion for excellent service delivery,
Responsibilities
- Provide advice and guidance to subcontractors and clients on claim procedures and requirements.
- Review analyze claim submissions for completeness accuracy compliance with contractual operational guidelines.
- Liaise with subcontractors clients to resolve claim-related queries discrepancies disputes.
