    • Service Hours: 7am - 9am, 2:30pm - 6pm, Monday – Friday, plus 3 administrative hours weekly.

    Success in this role entails:

    • Providing outstanding experiences for children, families, and staff.
    • Implementing the planning cycle to deliver premier program experiences.
    • Manage compliance and medical documentation.
    • Be the face of TheirCare in your school community. Create a positive relationship within the service community.
    • Support and mentor your team of educators to support the service and community.
    • Be open, caring, and engaged with our team to help drive our mission of giving every child the best day ever.

    Experience and Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in the childcare industry is preferred but not mandatory.
    • Either already qualified or in the process of obtaining an ACECQA recognised qualification which includes studies in Teaching, Education Support, Children's Services just to name a few. For the full list of ACECQA recognised qualifications please visit .
