    As Head of People, you will be responsible for partnering with our senior leaders to shape and deliver a people plan that directly links to the delivery of the business objectives and drives improved commercial performance. You will contribute to and influence the development of APAC business strategy, providing challenge and consulting support on strategic people and talent priorities.

    In this role, you will work collaboratively with the wider people team, including People Services, Reward, Learning & Development, and Communications, to deliver the people plan and ensure people services are delivered to meet the business need. We are looking for a leader who is passionate about developing and implementing effective people strategies that align with the business goals and values. You must have proven experience in driving change and influencing senior stakeholders across different cultures and geographies.

    What you'll do:

  • Engage proactively with leaders and the people team to identify priorities to support the immediate and future needs of the business. Analyse people and commercial data insights, recognising trends and their impact on the business, to influence decision making and investment to target issues and opportunities.
  • Lead organisation change and development required for significant business growth.
  • Define and actively manage workforce plans which drive the talent and capability strategy for APAC from both a strategic and operational perspective. This should include recruitment, talent management, learning and development and equity, diversity and inclusion.
  • As a trusted advisor for leaders, coach, challenge and hold them to account for creating an inclusive culture and an environment where everyone can be at their best and is motivated to reach their full potential.
  • In collaboration with senior business leaders, act as the interface to, and escalation point for the People Function. Engage with People Services and COE's to share business requirements so there is effective planning and support required to respond to those needs effectively.
  • Collaborate with regulatory and compliance teams to adhere to relevant local regulations and policies. Provide Employment Relations advice on complex / unique ER cases, and support with individual/ collective consultation process.
  • You'll have the following skills and experience:

  • A proven track record as a business partner across multiple countries in APAC with demonstrated experience in all aspects of the role
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience of developing people plans based on a sound understanding of the businesses and the key drivers to measurably improve business performance
  • Proven experience of leading change, organisation development and managing international or complex, multi-stranded projects
  • Pragmatic and able to deliver at pace, with exceptional interpersonal skills, including credibility and influencing at a senior level
  • Bachelor/master's degree in human resources or equivalent
  • You will be expected to travel on regular basis for this position
