Job title: NDIS Remote Community Connector

Description

We are seeking a professional who can demonstrate initiative in providing support to community members. This role will require building relationships and referring people with disability to the National Disability Insurance Scheme Coordinator.

Job Requirements:

• Be resident of the community, ideally an Indigenous resident from Geraldton and Carnarvon towns and other remote Aboriginal communities' services from these base locations.
• Attend NDIA scheduled training and support sessions
• Reside locally and have extensive local knowledge about the community
