- Provide technical and operational process support

- 3+ years Facilities Management experience
- Strong communication skills & attention to detail
- Strong financial acumen
- Manage minor CAPEX projects, OHS, emergency issues and property maintenance;
- Experience with preventative maintenance scheduling
- Experience in the management of subcontractorsand suppliers
- Proactive, hands-on approach and strong organisational skills
