The Client:
Our client is a private organisation that owns, develops and actively manages a diversified property portfolio. This role will see you joining a high-performing team working on a quality portfolio of retail assets.

The Role
Our client is looking for an experienced, self-motivated Facilities Manager for the efficient day-to-day operation of the assets. Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• Provide technical and operational process support
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with all key stakeholders
• Preparing, executing, and managing cost-effective maintenance operations asset-wide
• Assist in the preparation of annual operating budget/s, financial reporting, and Capex management
• Ensure compliance with OH&S and high-level Risk Management is provided
• Intermittent onsite inspections and reporting for each site and its internals
• Managing contractors around the reliability, sustainability, and preservation

Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you will have:

• 3+ years Facilities Management experience
• Strong communication skills & attention to detail
• Strong financial acumen
• Manage minor CAPEX projects, OHS, emergency issues and property maintenance;
• Experience with preventative maintenance scheduling
• Experience in the management of subcontractorsand suppliers
• Proactive, hands-on approach and strong organisational skills
