    The Role

    We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our Crown Melbourne Team. This role will involve key revenue-generating projects across our Melbourne property, supporting business units in achieving financial targets.

    1. Provide timely and accurate financial analysis and management reporting to support business decisions.
    2. Analyze financial data to support business case initiatives and track costs and benefits.
    3. Assist in preparing Property and business unit annual budgets and forecasts.
    4. Develop strong relationships with business unit leaders, providing tailored financial support and understanding key business drivers.
    5. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce manual reporting.

    About You

    This is an exciting opportunity to make a genuine commercial impact at Crown Resorts. As a Finance Business Partner, you will provide key support to various business units, offering expertise in finance, accounting, or related fields.

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
    • CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
    • Experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, or FP&A roles.
    • Previous experience partnering with department leads and business unit leaders.
    • Exceptional communication skills and ability to relay business strategy.
