- Assist in the production of access control services and ID Card outputs
- Interact by email and one to one discussions with internal stakeholders in the provision of access control services
- Distribute ID Card outputs
- Provides access control production reports
- General administration
- Maintain register of requests and activities
- Apply time management principles
- Analyses of access control data, including spreadsheet design as required
- Advises on requirements of Excel based instruments for the collection and analysis of security information and metrics, e.g. photo ID registry, non – photo ID registry, and destruction registry databases.
- Maintaining Access Control mailbox
- Administration skills and experience
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook and Word
- Very good written and verbal communication skills, ability to convey requirements to all staff and contractor levels
- Problem solving – solution focused

- Ability to review, input and suggest process improvement
- Have a 'can do' attitude and find a way to make things work

- Knowledge of Forcefield
