    Description

    Currently recruiting on behalf of tier-1 client, who is Australia's largest water and wastewater service provider, we invite candidates the opportunity to work as an Project Administrator.

    Immediate start for a 3-month project and potential ongoing work.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in the production of access control services and ID Card outputs
    • Interact by email and one to one discussions with internal stakeholders in the provision of access control services
    • Distribute ID Card outputs
    • Provides access control production reports
    • General administration
    • Maintain register of requests and activities
    • Apply time management principles
    • Analyses of access control data, including spreadsheet design as required
    • Advises on requirements of Excel based instruments for the collection and analysis of security information and metrics, e.g. photo ID registry, non – photo ID registry, and destruction registry databases.
    • Maintaining Access Control mailbox
    Requirements

    • Administration skills and experience
    • Experience working with Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook and Word
    • Very good written and verbal communication skills, ability to convey requirements to all staff and contractor levels
    • Problem solving – solution focused
    • Attention to detail
    • Ability to review, input and suggest process improvement
    • Have a 'can do' attitude and find a way to make things work
    • Focus on impacts and outcomes
    • Knowledge of Forcefield
    • Must be prepared to work extended hours, in accordance with the provisions of the relevant award if required
    • Knowledge of ID card production and interface with MIM
