About the roleGrain Corp is looking to hire a Site Manager at our Moree site to manage the day-to-day operations of the site and staff.

This role offers a competitive salary package up to $158,000 per annum, plus bonus potential.
This package also includes a full private use motor vehicle

In this role you will:
Supervise a team of grain handlers ensuring the site runs smoothly and efficiently
Assist the Area Manager in planning, resourcing receivables and out-loading of grain during peak and off-peak seasons
Safely manage grain receivals and outloads

Build and maintain relationships with local growers, supporting the communityAbout your experienceThis role is perfect for an experienced team leader looking for their next career move, where you will be supported with training and developing your expertise.

You'll have the opportunity to learn and grow within our business and operations by demonstrating the following skills:
Ability to manage people and a large site.
Basic computer literacy
Capability to work at heights and in confined spaces
