    Your role

    This unique Human Resource Business Partner role will work collaboratively with our Seniors Living business comprised of Aged Care, Home Care and Retirement Living businesses, in a true service delivery model, partnering to support the full employee lifecycle. You will also lead a small Talent Acquisition team, ensuring a true engagement partnership with the business.

    You will work collaboratively with a team of HR professionals, and business leaders providing practical guidance and support around operations needs and implement strategic solutions that are aligned with business objectives.

    No two days are the same in this role, your responsibilities include:

  • Provide guidance on talent management, performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning.
  • Develop and support organisational change initiatives including restructuring.
  • Identify improvement opportunities for your designated business area
  • Influence, coach, and support leaders and the organisation to build their capability.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Analyse people specific business insights and recommend strategies to business leaders.
  • About you

    You are an experienced HR professional with a strategic mindset. You have experience in business transformation and change management methodologies and practices. Your interpersonal skills will enable you to become a trusted advisor to managers and leaders within our Seniors Living business.

    To thrive in this role your skills, knowledge and experience ideally include:

  • Degree qualification in Human Resources, Employment Relations or other relevant discipline or proven equivalent experience
  • Experience in transformation and change management.
  • Applied knowledge of relevant industrial relations legislations.
  • Five years' generalist human resources experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience in a business partner role with proven capability to build relationships and understand business requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to undertake work across a range of specialist or operational areas.
  • Team player with ability to work autonomously & within a team environment.
