The role:

We are seeking a positive-minded and motivated individual to join our Tree Services Team as a Coordinator. In this role, you will lead and empower teams, demonstrate excellent scheduling and coordination skills, and ensure the efficient delivery of tree maintenance services. You will also oversee compliance with legislation, guidelines, and budget parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and contract management
• Scheduling and coordination of tree maintenance services
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and guidelines
• Budget management and cost efficiency
• Empowering and developing team members
• Promoting safe work practices

Specialist Skills, Required Knowledge and Conditions:

• Leadership and contract management skills
• Current SA driver's licence
• Certificate in Arboriculture Min level 3/4
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
