- Run a mixed caseload of clinical negligence matters with at least 50-70 cases.
- Assist on higher value multi-million pound claims involving brain and spinal injuries.
- To run a varied case load including Clinical Negligence matters as described above
- To assist more senior colleagues where necessary
- A minimum PQE requirement of 1 year's post qualification experience
- Strong analytical skills combined with excellent communication skills < LI > An ability to work independently but also collaboratively as required by the team or partner managed workload which may include managing complex multiple defendant cases against corporate defendants as well high value single claimant cases (including those requiring consideration under ABII)
