    Partnering with Freelancers, Internal Creatives, Agencies and key internal stakeholders, the Global Content Manager will play a multi-faceted role, whereby he/she will be part creator of assets and content (art direct, content design, model casting, editing); part strategist, building our brand image and positioning; and part brand custodian, proactively guarding all branded content to ensure assets are on-brand and aligned with our overall business direction.

    Job Description

    CREATIVE PRODUCTION

    • Define the creative direction for campaigns, guiding the production of key visuals, stills, videos, digital assets, social assets and visual merchandising assets
    • Lead and manage all aspects of the production process, including pre-production, production, and post-production phases.
    • Brief and manage external Freelancers, Internal Creatives, Agencies. Negotiate rates, review estimates, obtain competitive quotes for all projects
    • Review and recommend model & talent casting options for approval
    • Art direct photoshoots, and/or oversee content team members to art-direct
    • Oversee, review & approve (and/or guide designers) in retouching, editing, cropping, post-production, and colour-matching

    CONTENT STRATEGY

    • Establish the content strategy, plan and develop creative deliverables in line with commercial and brand objectives. Articulate the Jurlique brand in a relevant way (context & audience) across all marketing touchpoints
    • Be the brand custodian, ensure that the visual identity & brand voice remains consistent.
    • Partner closely with the Community Team to ensure Global Social channels are reflective of our content strategy and brand communications
    • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices & competitor activity
    • Support Head of Global Marketing Operations Manager in updating & evolving the Brand Book

    LEADERSHIP & OPERATIONS

    • Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of designers/ content creator.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support the team. E.g. weekly WIPS etc

    Desired Skills and Experience

    Qualification:

    • Bachelor's degree in either Visual Arts, Marketing and/Communications

    Technical Skills & Knowledge:

    • Capacity to conceptualize combined with strengths in translating a marketing brief into a strong creative concept
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Digital native expertise, capacity to deliver content to resonate with the targeted channel & audience
    • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to develop audience driven brand communications.
    • Proven project management skills, delivering content (end-to-end production).
    • Leadership and confidence bringing alignment across multiple stakeholders.
    • Support Community Team in content deliverables & community engagement across social channels.
    • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills; has an ability to set their own pace, with a focus on delivery.
    • Confident working with Adobe Suite and other content development/management tools.
