    Your responsibilities will include:

    This position would ideally suit someone who is looking for the opportunity to develop and grow their career and who has at least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
    As the Payroll Administrator your primary responsibilities will be to support the Payroll team on the processing of day to day payrolls.

  • End to End Involvement in Payroll processing for AU and NZ
  • Fortnightly and Monthly Payroll processing of around 1500 employees
  • Provide advice and guidance to stakeholders across the Company with respect to in-country payroll activities
  • Process AU and NZ Payrolls, ensuring appropriate liaison with Payroll Manager and other payroll specialists
  • Monitor the payroll inbox and respond to enquiries regarding salary actions and changes in compensation.
  • Prepare and maintain payroll and employee records.
  • Validation of New Starter details/ updates made to Global Payroll Specific pages.
  • Collate payroll data on excel spreadsheet for audits/ perform analyses and reviews of data.
  • Ensure payroll procedures are maintained and updated.
  • Manage, process and administer Superannuation, Payroll Tax Payments
  • Lodging STP via ATO Portal
  • Calculate and process Termination and Redundancy Payments
  • Year End processing

    Qualifications / Experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline (HR or Finance) and or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum of 2 years + end to end Payroll Experience
  • Previous experience working with and managing payroll with EC/ECP SuccessFactors and Peoplesoft payroll system would be preferred
  • Knowledge and understanding of modern awards and the application within the scope of payroll
  • Exposure to inhouse payroll systems and processes
  • Experience working with multi-national companies
  • Strong Excel and written and verbal communication skills
  • Special Requirements:
