- Full-time permanent position.
- Recommend new or alternative travel product to assist in achieving revenue targets, growth and a competitive advantage.
- Provide insights and recommendations to develop profitable travel products, at the right price, with the right supplier.
- Identify training gaps within RAA's travel network to then plan and deliver cruise training programs to RAA staff.
- Provide monthly reporting and analysis on product and budget performance.
- Regularly assess performance of, and provide feedback to, direct reports through one-on-one discussions.

- Proven success in supplier relationship management
- Relevant qualifications in the travel industry or equivalent.
- Experience in growing products through adaptive planning.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Travel Product role or similar.
- In-depth knowledge of travel product, suppliers and the travel industry, specifically in cruise product.
- Understanding and knowledge of product marketing.
- Experience in sourcing and coordinating product in the travel industry, specialising in cruise product.
