    Here's how you'll be a part of our team

  • Permanent full-time position
  • Monday to Friday roster, 7am start
  • This vital role is responsible for providing strong leadership and direction to our Kalgoorlie team of workshop, yard and trade assistant staff who work toward ensuring all equipment is repaired, serviced and maintained to high standards. Working closely with the Branch Manager, you will understand customer demands and equipment need pipelines to establish daily workloads.

  • Lead a large workshop team with a safety-first attitude
  • Provide expert advice with diagnostics and customer requirements
  • Manage asset maintenance and servicing schedules of records in line with budget
  • Manage onsite breakdowns and over the phone diagnostics
  • Maintain quality relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Review current operations and develop business plan to support future branch growth

    As well as having experience in a similar role, you will also have:

  • A mechanical trade qualification
  • Strong planning and cost control skills
  • Leadership experience (desirable)
  • Effective time management and attention to detail
  • Troubleshooting, diagnostic and preventative maintenance skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders.
