Get Real Finance is a boutique Mortgage Broking company based in the heart of Fortitude Valley, which produces high volumes of business and even higher levels of customer service. We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Mortgage Broker with a minimum of 5 years' experience. Please DO NOT apply if you have not had minimum 5 years experience as a Mortgage Broker.

• Experience with Mercury software is preferred
• Experience with SMSF, Residential and Construction lending is essential
• Experience with Equipment & Asset Finance applications is preferred.
• Understand the current NCCP/BID requirements of the industry
• Have a vast understanding of all banking policies
• Experience working with Connective Aggregator is preferred

Preference will be given to NEXUS/Mercury users.

Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is essential for this position

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Meet with potential clients to assess their needs face to face or online
• Conduct loan interviews and ensure all information and supporting documentation is received
• Compiling and collating loan applications
• Database management and updating of client files throughout application process
• Loan structuring and submission to lenders
• Following and managing loans through to settlement
• Communicating with lenders, Solicitors, Real Estate Agents etc. to ensure deadlines are met
• Keeping clients informed of loan progress
• Achieving monthly KPI targets determined by the Director

You must be capable of providing outstanding customer service, managing your own files and enjoy working in a fast paced environment

Salary to be determined by experience + Super - No commission or bonuses
