    Job Title: National Business Development Manager

    Location: Sydney Australia

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $200,000 + Superannuation + Vehicle + Phone & Laptop

    Our team at Construction-Recruitment are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Business Development Managerto lead the sales and new business initiatives of a leading specialist in tower cranes, mobile cranes, construction hoists, and rigging. With a reputation for excellence in the construction industry, they pride themselves on delivering top-notch services and solutions to our clients nationwide.

    Responsibilities

    As the Head of Sales and New Business, you will play a pivotal role in managing all sales interactions on a national level. This position offers a unique opportunity to join a thriving company and contribute to its growth and success.

    • Lead and manage the sales team, collaborating with Project Managers and ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
    • Oversee and actively participate in all national sales activities, from client meetings and lunches to follow-ups and job chasing.
    • Utilize your extensive experience and talent in business development to drive growth and expand our client base.
    • Work closely with the Managing Director to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 5 years of Business Development Manager experience, preferably in the construction industry.
    • Strong background and knowledge in tower cranes, mobile cranes, or related construction equipment.
    • Flexibility to travel and conduct business in different states as required.
    • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong and trustworthy relationships with clients.
    • Open-minded and adaptable to change and growth, with a wider mindset to embrace new ideas and capabilities.

    This role reports directly to the Managing Director, with potential for inclusion in the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
