    Assistant Venue Manager

    About the Role:

    We are seeking an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to join our dynamic team at Surfair Beach Hotel. As a key member of our management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our venue.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist the Venue Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the venue
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve efficiency
    • Lead a high-performing team and provide guidance and support as needed
    • Maintain accurate records and reports, including financial and operational metrics
    • Implement and execute promotions throughout the business successfully

    What We Offer:

    • A competitive salary of $78,000 - $80,000 + Super
    • A KPI Bonus of $5,000

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of management experience in a similar venue
    • Strong Food & Beverage knowledge
    • Understanding and ability to learn venue reporting and systems
    • Ability to generate revenue-building ideas
    • Presence on the floor during peak service periods
    • Ability to stocktake and investigate stock loss
    • Hold a current RLMV & Approved Managers license
    • CLO desirable but not necessary
