Once you click submit on that application, it'll come straight through to Kellanova's career site. What that means is a real recruiter and not a bot is gonna review your application. What that recruit will be looking for is your achievements, your skill sets, and what you can bring to this role, assessing it versus the job description. So don't be shy on those achievements. From there, if the recruiter feels that there's a great fit, we will pick up the phone because we love nothing more at Kellanova than getting to know our people. In that conversation, we'll want to explore a little bit more. Why do you feel you are right for the role? What can you bring to Kellanova? What is it about this role that excites you? Also, the recruit will give you more insight into the role and give you the opportunity to ask questions to make sure it's right for you. From there, if you feel that the role is getting you excited, and both parties feel it's a fit, we'll then submit your details to the hiring manager.
