Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our friendly team in Cardiff.The successful applicant will be expected to work Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm.

The role requires effective time management problem solving skills and a positive approach reporting to the directors you will be responsible for managing relationships with both customers and suppliers coordinating the calendars of our service technicians and running an office smoothly efficiently,
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers.
  • Scheduling work days for service technicians.
