    Key Responsibilities:

    • Achieve revenue, profitability, quality, speed of delivery, productivity, and client satisfaction targets while meeting business development objectives.
    • Maintain strong relationships with current clients by offering new services and solutions tailored to their needs.
    • Develop strategic plans to expand product offerings and services within existing client bases.
    • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for incremental revenue growth from new clients.
    • Promote company exposure through industry associations, webinars, and seminars.
    • Collaborate with regional teams to develop short-term strategies and business plans for Business Unit growth.
    • Monitor financial performance against budget and implement corrective actions to meet financial targets.
    • Evaluate local business strategies to ensure alignment with regional directions and implementation of appropriate actions to achieve financial objectives.

    Organizational Management and Development:

    • Participate in leadership development initiatives and contribute to organizational growth.
    • Support cross-functional initiatives and foster inter-departmental communication and teamwork.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree preferred.
    • At least 5 years of experience in FMCG (retailer/marketing/sales) or research-related industries.
    • Strong commercial acumen with significant B2B sales experience.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent analytical skills.
    • Excellent client management and negotiation skills.
    • Fluent English written and verbal communication skills.
