Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing procedures, stock control, merchandising, and cash handling.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Drive business growth through sales initiatives, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Monitor store performance and implement strategies to meet KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, WHS standards, and operational procedures.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
• Develop staff rosters and manage workforce planning to meet store demands.

Skills and experience

• Previous retail management or supervisory experience (telecommunications industry highly regarded).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
• Knowledge of mobile phone and telecommunications products desirable
