    About the Role

    We are seeking a motivated and experienced Venue Manager to join our close-knit team at The Local in Surfers Paradise. As Venue Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel, fostering strong relationships with team members, patrons, and local suppliers, and delivering exceptional experiences.

    The successful candidate will have:

    • A minimum of 2 years' management experience in a similar venue
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • An understanding of financial reporting and systems
    • Ability to generate revenue-building ideas and implement promotions successfully
    • Knowledge of market trends and awareness of food and beverage in the area
    • A current RLMV & Approved Managers license

    You will work autonomously with excellent company support and be part of a professional and well-known hospitality team. You will also enjoy a generous salary and quarterly KPI bonus, plus relocation assistance for the right candidate.
