- Vendor payment runs
- Ensure that payment runs are approved in bank by approvers.
- Reconciliation of accounts and claims
- Assisting the Finance Manager to compile all data to satisfy audit requests
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Support the broader finance team
- Other ad hoc duties as required
- Computer skills in the Google suite, MS Office (in particular Microsoft Excel) and a financial software package MYOB / Xero / SAP or ADP
- Outstanding communication skills
- Impeccable telephone manner
- Advanced computer skills
- A desire and willingness to learn, with strong problem-solving skills
- 1.5 years+ of experience in a similar Accounts role would be highly desirable
- Confident personality that enjoys speaking to key stakeholders
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
