    About the company

    Our client is one of the nation's largest door manufacturers with operations in every capital city and strategically placed regional branches within Australia & New Zealand.

    Frontline is currently seeking Machine Operators, for full time permanent roles and Casual ongoing roles.

    What's on offer:

    • Cheltenham location
    • $34.00 per hour
    • Start time 7:00am -3.30pm Monday to Thursday
    • Fridays start time 7am finish 12.00pm
    • On site parking

    Essential Duties and responsibilities:

    • Operating the press brake machine to cut and bend metal according to specifications
    • Performing loading and unloading of material by selecting required machine programs and changing tools
    • Reading blueprints and drawings to identify the correct dimensions of the piece
    • General Warehouse duties as required

    To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate the following as per role requirements:

    • Previous experience working as a Brake Press Operator or working with Steel (Advantageous)
    • Great communication skills
    • Reliable & flexible with finish times
    • Must be safety conscious
    • Own Transport
    • Be physically fit and capable of heavy lifts
    • X2 references must be provided to confirm work history and experience
