    The Role
    A temporary opportunity exists for a revenue services professional to join our dynamic team for a fixed term of six months. Reporting to the Coordinator Strategic Revenue, you will play a key role in the revenue services team by managing and administering correspondence, supporting the administration of the voters roll and providing the highest level of customer service to all stakeholders.

    The Inclusive Employment Program is designed to provide temporary workplace opportunities and experience for local people who face barriers to employment, for a duration of six months. To apply for this position, you must live within the City of Whittlesea municipality, and you need to meet at least one of the following criteria:

    • People from Culturally or Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds
    • First Nations People
    • People living with disability
    • Older people unable to find suitable employment
    • Residents who may be experiencing hardship

    About you
    We are looking for an administration professional with experience in achieving desired organisation outcomes. You will demonstrate the highest levels of services to both internal and external customers, which leads to a high degree of customer satisfaction and enhances the image of Council.

    Previous experience in a Revenue team is not essential but may be favourably viewed.
