    Description

    We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Shift Supervisor/Assistant Manager with a passion for food and team leadership. In this role, you'll be overseeing day-to-day operations during your shift — including coordinating staff, maintaining kitchen and service standards, and ensuring a smooth, efficient customer experience. You'll gain experience in every area of the store and play a key role in keeping the team on track and the store running at its best.

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Leading and inspiring the team across both front-of-house and kitchen operations.
    • Training, coaching, and mentoring staff to improve performance and build confidence.
    • Managing daily operations including stock, ordering, rosters, and cash handling.
    • Monitoring performance metrics such as speed of service, quality, cost control, and waste.
    • Ensuring a clean, safe, and compliant environment in line with food safety and OH&S standards.
    • Leading by example — whether it's cooking on the grill, serving at the POS, or helping in the dish station, you'll be hands-on when it counts.
