- Assisting in the management of ongoing projects;
- Handle HR administration tasks such as employment contracts, on / offboarding, and maintaining HR portal data;
- Providing support to Directors as needed;
- Assisting the accounts team with various tasks; and
- Supervising two administration staff members.
- Proven experience in an Office Manager role is essential;
- Ability to thrive under pressure and work efficiently to meet tight deadlines; and
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel at an intermediate level.
- Contract duration: 6-12 months, starting in mid-May;
- Convenient city fringe location with easy access to public transportation, trendy cafes, and bars;
- Potential for a permanent position within the business post-maternity leave for the right candidate; and
- Five days per week in the office.
