    Job Description:

    As a Customer Support Representative (Tier 1), you will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries. You will troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues efficiently, maintain high-quality customer interactions, meet SLAs and KPIs, escalate complex cases to senior support teams as needed, and provide priority support for live event delivery. You will work on a 24/7 rotating roster.

    What You'll Need:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first approach.
    • Ability to multitask and manage priorities under pressure.
    • Basic software support experience or relevant tertiary qualifications.
    • Availability for a 24/7 rotating roster to support global clients.

    Bonus Skills (Not Essential, But a Plus):

    • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other technical tools.
