    Exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Manager who is looking for the opportunity to develop their operational skills and assist the Partners with practice management duties.

    Working 3 days per week, this boutique law firm is looking for someone who can assist with the following duties:

    • Trust and office account management
    • Bank account reconciliations including expense accounts
    • Monthly reporting and end of month processing
    • Budget reviews
    • Cash flow management and forecasting
    • Debtor management
    • Processing payroll and superannuation payments

    Practice Management:

    • Oversee support staff including onboarding, monitoring leave, assisting with recruitment and conducting salary and performance reviews
    • Oversee firm policies and procedures
    • Renew Practicing Certificates and all relevant insurances
    • Facilities management

    Skills & Experience

    • Must have experience as an Accounts Clerk/Manager with another law firm (ideally a minimum of 5 years)
    • The ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks
    • Ability to work to deadlines
    • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
    • Trustworthy manner to work with sensitive and important material
    • Team oriented attitude and willingness to assist other staff
