    We have multiple opportunities available for casual Student Services Officers to work with Ask Adelaide to commence asap.

    (HE03) $39.50 per hour, plus an employer superannuation contribution of 11% applies.

    We are seeking candidates with a passion for customer service and a genuine interest in supporting students through their journey at the University. These roles are flexible and therefore could be suitable for University students to fit around study commitments.

    The Ask Adelaide Student Services Officer provides exceptional student service across an omni-channel (phone, face to face, chat, email) environment, with broad knowledge across all University services. Working under general direction, the Student Services Officers are responsible to take ownership of student enquiries and liaise with stakeholders to find the most suitable referral or outcome for a student.

    The Student Services Officer will work amongst a large team of staff and will be trained in multiple areas and systems.

    To be successful you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience and commitment in delivering customer centred service.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and adopt to new technologies.
  • The ability to work effectively across omni-service channels to meet demand and the student lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to promote the organisational values of integrity, respect, collegiality, excellence and discovery, and a commitment to positively comply with the associated behaviour expectations.
