    About the role

    Are you a recent graduate or an allied health professional with an interest in Work Health and Safety and Injury Management in Albany? With this unique role, you will utilise both WHS skills and injury management skills to provide proactive preventative and post injury services.

    As a valued team member, your responsibilities will include:

    • Undertaking worksite, risk, functional, ergonomic and equipment assessments
    • Developing Injury Management Systems and Work Health and Safety systems for customers
    • Providing training and education to customers
    • Designing, implementing and monitoring programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce
    • Liaising with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers to achieve outcomes appropriate for all parties
    • Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers

    Qualifications

    • Qualifications & registration in any of the following:
      • Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy or Chiropractic
      • Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (BSB41419) preferable
    • Keen interest in Work Health and Safety and Injury prevention
    • Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
    • An effective ability to manage your time
