We look for talented people with the potential to make an extraordinary difference for our clients, our firm and our communities.Your OpportunityPlease note this is an month contract role In this role you will be central to supporting the implementation of our learning strategy for Audit & Assurance, and key to driving KPMG Australia's success through building our peoples technical capability. You will be a member of the Audit & Assurance learning team, contributing directly to the learning strategy.In this role you will:

Work with KPMG leaders, the P&I team and beyond to translate Audit & Assurance goals and client insights into impactful technical and firmwide programs and priorities

Play a role in implementing the divisional mandatory learning strategy, infrastructure and regulatory requirements across the firm.

Program manage the implementation of divisional/technical learning frameworks

Leverage learning and workforce data and analytics to drive continuous improvement

Ensure all divisional/technical learning meets internal and external regulatory requirements.

Build Learning Capability through coaching and mentoring in digital design tools and instructional design

Oversee the build of a digital learning ecosystem (Degreed) that supports skilling, reskilling and lifelong learning

Maintain partnerships with external providers

Your Experience:This is a high-energy leadership role with a number of critical stakeholders. To keep pace with KPMG's growth strategy, you'll need the following

At least six years of recent progressive experience in learning and development and/or organisation development/ talent management

Demonstrated experience leading teams to design and implement innovative learning solutions

Qualifications in Adult Education or equivalent field

Instructional design & learning strategy experience

Digital learning background (LMS,LXP, RDT)
