• Afternoon shift – 2pm – 10pm
• Opportunity & challenge
• Onsite role – Western Sydney

As a result of continued growth and expansion, the organization seeks a proactive and efficient Transport Allocator to join their NSW state team.

• Allocate all facets of the Sydney transport functions
• Ensure compliance to WH&S requirements
• Review daily Allocations Plan to ensure KPI's are achieved
• Plan within all regulatory and statutory guidelines
• Ensure logistics software is consistent, maintained and operational
• Export Data and provide reporting
• Allocation planning and reporting
• Communicate transport plans for loading and unloading to ensure efficiency and service outcomes are achieved

• At least 3 years of Transport experience
• Excellent working knowledge of NHVR (National Heavy Vehicle Regulator)
• Good understanding of fatigue management practices
• Well organized, high levels of initiative, accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and achieve KPIs
• Excellent computer and CRM skills – Salesforce and Translogix highly regarded
• Proactive, excellent communicator and team player
