    Status: Part-time to begin – 3 days/week, Mon – Wed (can be flexible)

    About the Job

    To work alongside our copywriter, digital marketer and brand team in shaping the future of the FC brand through stunning 'out of the ordinary' visuals and innovative, unexpected design that emotionally engages and inspires action.

    Your Responsibilities:

  • Design visually engaging graphics for social media (organic and paid), across various
  • platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
  • Conceptualise and create eye-catching visuals and layouts for website pages and the booking form journey, enhancing user experience and brand identity.
  • Develop visually appealing email designs for eDM campaigns, crafting layouts and graphics that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Design graphics for client and crew touchpoints, including presentations, proposals and other marketing collateral, to maintain brand consistency.
  • Create and maintain brand documents and templates such as brand guidelines, style guides and design templates to ensure consistency in branding across all channels and materials and that external parties have what they need for various projects.
  • To work collaboratively with the brand, internal and tech team to bring ideas and creative concepts to life, never compromising on high quality outcomes.
  • To work with the creative team and key stakeholders on the evolution of the FC brand, contributing to ideation of concepts and creating campaign or project mood boards to bring the creative direction to life.
  • To be willing to learn new skills that may bring a new level to your designs or to be resourceful in pulling in extra resources to assist with elements of a concept. You enjoy the puzzle of figuring out how to execute an engaging creative concept.
  • Requirements:

  • Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create visually appealing designs across different projects.
  • Proficiency in design software, including the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Well-practiced knowledge of design principles, typography, and colour theory.
  • Understanding of best practice design requirements and principles across multiple different platforms and technologies.
  • Strong, attention to detail and a keen eye for quality checking and designing for brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Experience working with interior design/architecture and/or luxury brands will be favoured.
  • Ability to continually learn with a willingness to stay up to date with your skills and technology and new ways of designing things.
