National Sales Executive: Operating Lease and Structured Finance

We are seeking a highly experienced National Sales Executive to join our Structured Finance and Operating Lease division.

You will be responsible for managing your own portfolio's growth and leading a team of Business Development Managers focusing on operating lease, rental, and structured P&A funding programs across the IT, Health, and Fleet sectors.

Responsibilities include providing strategic support to the Head of Structured Finance, executing profitable and scalable new programs, developing external relationships with partners, brokers, and customers, and building a network of industry professionals to identify new opportunities.
You will collaborate with the Head of Structured Finance to develop growth strategies, achieve targets for business volume, margin, market share, and partner satisfaction, and establish face-to-face relationships with internal stakeholders and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow your own portfolio

• Lead a team of Business Development Managers

• Identify new program opportunities and execute profitable and scalable new programs

• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders

• Collaborate with the Head of Structured Finance to develop growth strategies and achieve targets

About You

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in commerce, business, economics, or related fields, proven sales management and leadership experience, and a track record of sales growth and team development.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Financial analysis

• Understanding of credit policies

• Knowledge of Asset Finance and operating lease (medical and IT assets)

• Industry connections

• Experience in Business Development and Relationship Management with third-party Asset Finance Introducers

• Budget management skills
