The Venue
Sydney's premium Champagne Parlour & Bar is located at Reign, nestled within the iconic Queen Victoria Building (QVB). Reign serves up over 150 Champagnes and sparkling wines alongside an array of seasonally-driven menus.
This is a unique opportunity for a professional Chef de Partie/Junior Sous Chef to join the kitchen team and to enjoy the fast paced environment this exciting venue has to offer. We are looking for an outstanding person who has experience working a la carte, functions and events, delivering good quality and modern innovative food. This role will see you overseeing the kitchen when the Head Chef is on leave.
