Description

Reporting to the VM Specialist, you will maintain visual merchandising standards within a region of Mimco boutique concepts in line with the brand vision. This is a rare chance for a highly creative and proactive individuals to impact the performance of our stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Effective installation of windows and in store displays in line with current VM guidelines and brand vision to maximise sales
• Ensure all stores within the region achieve and maintain visual merchandising standards at all times in line with VM guidelines
• Awareness of fashion trends and ideas as well as an excellent understanding and knowledge of the current season range
• Adhere to all company behaviours, policies and procedures
  
  

The Ideal Candidate has

• Enthusiasm for our brand with a fresh vibrancy that is honest and heartfelt
• Holds a current drivers licence and be able to travel between stores as required
• Proven experience within a comparable VM role, apparel experience required
• Strong attention to detail, communication and time management skills
• Work autonomously and as part of a team
• A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service and a strong sense of personal style and presentation
• Ability to build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders
