  • Competitive base salary plus benefits on offer
  • Permanent full-time position
  • Monday to Friday & occasional Saturday
  • As the first point of contact for customers at our Cairns branch, your number one goal will be to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service with their equipment solutions.

    You'll enjoy variety in your role including:

  • Addressing customer needs in person, by phone and email
  • Generating hire schedules, quotes, and invoicing
  • Coordinating equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs & breakdowns
  • You may also occasionally need to assist customers and colleagues in the yard with loading equipment

  • Previous face-to-face customer service experience
  • A desire to provide amazing customer experience
  • General computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Capability to learn and absorb technical information
  • Ability to lift and no mobility restrictions
