What You Will Be Doing
Peninsula Health has an opportunity for a Grade 3 Allied Health Assistant (AHA) to work in the Community Rehabilitation Program (CRP). This role involves the running of Agestrong classes (group strength and balance exercise training for older adults) in the Rosebud/Safety Beach region.
What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
• Minimum of certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance (or equivalent).
• Current Victorian driver's license.
• Capacity to work independently and autonomously.
• Ability to plan and manage own workload.
• A sound understanding of scope of practice in a community or home-based setting.
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience working in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Demonstrated competence with IT systems.
