We're looking for a high-impact Talent Acquisition & People Lead who can independently build, scale, and retain a high-performing sales team — from headhunting to onboarding to performance enablement.
This is not a traditional HR role.This is a revenue-critical role.
Once fully onboarded, your mission is simple and powerful:
Headhunt, hire, and develop high-performing Sales Reps, BDMs, and Sales Executives — and ensure they produce results.
What You'll Own
Proactively headhunt top-performing sales professionals (not just post ads)
Build a repeatable recruitment engine for revenue roles
Design and execute structured onboarding for sales hires
Implement training frameworks so new hires ramp fast
Reduce dependency on other full-time team members
Establish performance tracking and retention strategies
Work closely with leadership to align hiring with growth goals
Build a strong employer brand that attracts A-players
What Success Looks Like
High-quality sales hires consistently hitting KPIs
Reduced ramp-up time
Strong retention of top performers
A scalable hiring & onboarding system
Minimal operational dependency on other team members
Your KPIs and bonus will be tied directly to:
Sales hires' performance outcomes
Retention rates
Time-to-productivity
Quality of hire
Who You Are
Proven recruiter or talent acquisition specialist (preferably in sales hiring)
Strong headhunting capability — you know how to find rainmakers
Commercially minded — you understand revenue and performance metrics
Structured and systems-oriented
Confident running onboarding and training programs
Comfortable working autonomously
Strong communicator with high emotional intelligence
Driven by outcomes, not activity
Bonus points if you:
Have recruited in tech, cloud, IT services, or B2B environments
Have built sales onboarding frameworks
Thrive in performance-based environments
