    The Role:

    We have an exciting opportunity to join our Affiliates team as a Marketing Executive on a 12 month parental leave contract. The Marketing Executive takes ownership of our key commercial affiliate partners across all brands.

    Working in the Consumer team and enabling other teams, you understand the impact of systems, software and marketing to fundamentally drive customer and business outcomes.

    Critical to the role is a high level of commercial acumen, technical competency, stakeholder management and solutions focus.

    Core Activities:

    • Execution of our campaign strategy with commercial affiliates
    • Coordinating internally with teams and externally with partners to identify relevant campaign opportunities, which we then create or opt into to deliver on key business outcomes.
    • Operational ownership of campaigns ensuring contracts are setup correctly, assets/messaging are sourced and delivered on time, used appropriately by partners.
    • Analysing campaign performance, presenting detailed post campaign results with key insights and providing recommendations for future campaigns.
    • Coordinating with fellow managers in relevant teams to understand their channels or business unit, respective to affiliates, and speaking confidently to affiliates in our overall marketing mix.
    • Attend partner networking and industry events to better understand changes and opportunities in market.

    Experience Required:

    • Experience in Affiliates and using affiliate software (Impact, Partnerize, Rakuten, Commission Factory) will be highly regarded.
    • Demonstratable understanding of analytics and data visualisation tools such as Tableau, PowerBI or Adobe Analytics will be highly regarded.
    • Experience working in ecommerce will be highly regarded
    • Experience managing key relationships and budgets required
