Job summary
Maintain accurate financial records ensuring timely payments and collections supporting the broader finance team with day-to-day transactional accounting work closely with the Accounts Payable and Receivable Leads and the Operations team to ensure financial processes align with business activities and support smooth operational execution Responsibilities
Accounts Payable Integrate processes with the financial system policies procedures process supplier invoices ensure timely accurate payments reconcile supplier statements resolve discrepancies assist with monthend closing activities related to payables Accounts Receivable Generate issue customer invoices in accordance contractual terms monitor receivables follow up outstanding payments reconcile customer accounts manage credit notes or adjustments liaison internal teams customers resolve billing issues work closely AR Lead for Group to ensure timely collections About You This role would suit someone previous experience as a finance officer accounts all rounder assistant accountant bookkeeper
