    Radford is looking to continue its exemplary record of school leaders and engage only its 7th Principal in its 40 years since establishment, consequently, the School Board is actively seeking a strong leader of community, with a well-honed strategic and business skillset. The Principal will be a future-focused, visible and relational leader of exceptional character. They will be a dynamic, proven leader, steadfast in their values and possessing an inspirational approach as they guide the school through its next phase of expansion and evolution.

    The Principal will:

    • demonstrate a commitment to supporting the Christian values, Anglican ethos and culture of the School with the ability to lead a diverse and inclusive community;
    • clearly articulate and inspire a compelling strategic vision which enhances the quality of education at the College and anticipates the future needs of learners and teachers;
    • demonstrate a high level of engagement in effective education, with thorough knowledge of developments at international, national, state and territory levels;
    • demonstrate the knowledge and the successful implementation of a range of executive leadership principles and practices in managing cultural change and innovation in an inclusive and collaborative manner;
    • manage high level and complex student and staff wellbeing matters in a timely and effective manner;
    • provide an executive level of leadership in all aspects of the College's operations, including resourcing and people management, financial management, marketing, fundraising, communications, risk/compliance and governance;
    • empower staff, students and parents to actively engage with the College community through effective communication and positive relationships.
