    To support our continual growth, we are searching for an energetic Supervisor to join our rapidly expanding Site Services team.

    MINPROVISE is a specialist products, engineering and services company providing expert support to the mining, oil & gas and construction industries. This includes the supply of mineral processing equipment, onsite installations, maintenance & repairs, shutdowns, offsite repairs and fabrication. Our suite of products covers mineral processing and bulk materials handling equipment along with other specialty products.     We're seeking a Supervisor to oversee team performance, maintain productivity, and resolve challenges as they arise. The Floating Supervisor will work for Newmont, Rio Tinto, BHP, Mineral resources, Pilbara Minerals, FMG, Mineral resources.

    About the Opportunity
    Become a pivotal part of the Site Services team as an experienced Shutdown Supervisor, reporting to the Execution Superintendent. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the safe and efficient execution of technical work undertaken by your team. As a safety leader, you'll optimize field time, leveraging your trade skills and problem-solving abilities to guide the workforce, providing essential direction, resources, and support to effectively complete technical scopes.

    Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

    • Take the lead in setting and achieving challenging work goals, maintaining high work standards throughout the workforce.
    • Act as a safety leader, actively sharing safety information, contributing to safety performance and welfare, and fostering a culture of safety and well-being among the team.
    • Utilize and disseminate trade knowledge to deliver outcomes and work processes with a focus on safety, accuracy, and precision.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced work performance, ensuring compliance with all required quality standards. Promptly address any quality issues that may arise.
    • Facilitate engagement and performance by setting clear expectations, providing guidance and feedback, and establishing actionable goals for achieving positive outcomes.
    • Lead and coordinate the delivery of services to clients, cultivating long-term partnerships and fostering strong relationships.
    • Quickly adjust and adapt to project or scope changes, ensuring efficient and effective completion of tasks and responsibilities.
    Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
    • Trade Qualified – Fitter or BMW background
    • 3 years relevant trade experience in mining, shutdown, or a related industry (Desirable).
    • Experience on shutdown in iron ore or/and Lithium and/or Gold.
    • Willing to work on shut circuit, not on a set roster
    • Minimum 2 years of team leading or supervisory experience.
    • A proven ability to drive compliance and maintain effective relationships.
    • Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite.
