- 5+ years of experience as a SAP CRM Functional Consultant
- Strong knowledge of SAP CRM modules, including Sales, Service, and Marketing
- Hands-on experience in configuring SAP CRM solutions
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions
- Experience in integration with other SAP modules such as SD and FI
- Knowledge of CRM processes and best practices
