    About the Role

    Leading a team of dedicated customer service specialists, the Customer Service Manager is responsible for overseeing our customer service operations within our supply chain logistics and transport division. This responsibility also includes our Carrier Escalations function, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing carrier relationships, mitigating risks and upholding operational efficiencies across the business.

    Key Responsibilities

    We are seeking a results-orientated leader with the vision, energy and experience to:

    • Lead, mentor and motivate a team of customer service specialists to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional service
    • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery
    • Analyse customer feedback and operational data to identify opportunities for process improvement and service enhancement
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and drive continuous improvement
    • Foster a positive workplace culture that prioritises a team-first collective mindset

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support skills
    • Analytical Skills for monitoring and analysing customer service data
    • Excellent Communication skills for effective internal and external communication
    • Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Ability to lead and motivate a team
