    Clinical Service Director – Complex & Continuing Care

    Long Service Leave Backfill | Work across Eastern Health Sites

    We are seeking a clinical leader to take Complex and Continuing care into the next phase of advancing care for geriatric medicine and rehabilitation.

    This is a permanent opportunity based across several Eastern Health campuses where both acute and subacute geriatric medicine and rehabilitation services are provided.

    You will be joining the dynamic Medicine Program leadership team and have oversight of clinical governance, strategic planning and clinician engagement for the Complex and Continuing Care Service.

    About You

    1. A legally qualified medical practitioner, registered or registerable with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) without conditions, undertakings or reprimands that could impact on their clinical practice.
    2. Fellowship of the relevant Australian specialist college.
    3. Relevant knowledge and experience in a relevant specialty.
    4. Meet Eastern Health requirements for appropriate credentialing and scope of practice in the relevant specialty.

    Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations. Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role.
