    About the Role

    Effectively administer and coordinate the Corporate Services Reception area function as directed. The Corporate Receptionist will also be responsible for assisting the Finance Department in any operational function as requested. Providing advice in a timely and professional way; which best enables Line Managers to make decisions in relation to administration issues.

    Duties

    1. Responsible for coordinating the day-today operations of the Corporate Services reception area.

    2. Provide administration support to the Corporate Services Department.

    3. Commit to a high level of quality management for ATSICHS through use of LogiQC quality management systems.

    4. Commit to ongoing continuous quality improvement processes with annual reviews into the efficiency of the service provision.

    5. Demonstrated Competence in the use of finance software systems and other technology, the internet and desktop applications e.g. outlook, Navision, LogiQC, word, spreadsheets.

    6. Cultivate productive working relationships at all levels, which support the nurturing of internal and external relationships, facilitates cooperation, trust and respect, values differences and diversity and guides, mentors and focuses on the development of staff.

    COVID-19 Requirement

    • Immunisation history showing you have received two doses of a Covid -19 vaccine is encouraged.

    Essential:

    • Minimum Certificate III in Business/Administration related field
    • Minimum one (1) years' experience in similar Receptionist/Administration related role.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet targets and performance outcomes.
    • Decisive listening, influencing and persuasive skills.
    • A demonstrate knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders societies and culture supported by an understanding of issues impacting upon health and well-being of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
    • Must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure, good keyboard skills, ability to maintain integrity with confidential and/or sensitive material
    • Working with Children's Card (Blue Card) or be eligible to apply
